How much is it to clean my windows?
The Simple answer is, we do not know until we either visit your property or see your property via pictures. There are many variables - number of windows, size of windows, access to all windows, is there a conservatory...This is the reason we make sure to offer a tailored quote for your property.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
This is all down to your preference. We offer both 4 weekly and 8 weekly cleans. The frequency of cleaning can be discussed at the quotation stage.
Why are my windows left wet?
At BA Window Cleaning we use pure water which has had the particulates filtered out which would normally leave marks on your windows. However because our water has been filtered and purified, we can leave your windows to dry naturally with the confidence they will dry spot-free.
What if I'm not happy with my windows?
Simple. Give us a call and we will return to rectify the issue. Especially after a deep, initial clean, the frames can leach out years of dirt and dust. This can, in a few cases, continue to come out after we have gone and dry on the window. If this is the case, please call and we’ll sort it out asap.
